Dr. Charles Cudjoe
Dr. Cudjoe is the Chief Medical Director of Chasel Hospital Kaduna, which he founded in 1982.
He became a medical doctor after studying at the Athens University Medical School, Athens, Greece. He did his Internship at the University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan.
His specialist residency in surgery started at the Ahmadu Bello University Teaching Hospital in Kaduna and continued at the Royal College of Surgeons of England in London and The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, Scotland.
His further studies in medicine have included Health Care in Developing Countries, Management Methods for International Health as well as Masters in Public Health (MPH) from Boston University School of Public Health, USA where he was an ATLAS Fellow sponsored by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
From 1996 – 1999 he trained as a research fellow at the Harvard University Mind/Body Medical Institute in Boston Massachusetts working with Professor Herbert Benson, where he acquired extensive knowledge in Stress Management, Mind/Body and Behavioural Medicine.
He was the first recipient of the Daniel G. Holbrook Research Fellowship in Behavioural Medicine at Harvard Medical School. He is the current National President Guild of Medical Directors, Nigeria and Member, American College of Physician Executives.
He founded the Byron Institute in Boston in 1998 with a group of American Scholars, and the Nigerian Branch was launched in September 2001 with him as the President and Chief Executive Officer.
Since the Byron Institute’s inception in Nigeria, Dr. Cudjoe has organised Corporate Health Programs on Stress Management that provides valuable information on the Importance of Stress Management. He emphasises how stress affects an individual’s well being especially in the prevention of strokes, heart attacks and diabetes. Included is Financial stress management and self-care skills, appropriate nutrition and exercise all of which are focused on building healthy communities by recommending population based preventive/intervention strategies to stress, hence, reducing diseases, disabilities and early deaths of executives in their prime age.
Dr Charles Cudjoe is the founder of the Abuja Philharmonic Orchestra and currently, the national President of the Guild of Medical Directors, Nigeria.
Ms. Georgian Ajilloh (Fitness Instructor)
Georgian Goldlake Ajilloh is a graduate of Soil and Water Engineering from the renowned Kaduna Polytechnic Kaduna, Nigeria. Her work experience spans many sectors including, Agricultural Mechanisation, Water Resources Management, Healthcare, Fitness, and Lifestyle Modification for Peak Performance through Meditation and Visualisation. With an analytical mind driven by the desire for success and a tunnel vision for continuous self improvement, learning at every opportunity is her passion for growth in becoming a 21st Century African Leader in her chosen field, career and business. Georgian’s utmost goal is to make meaningful contribution to society using her skills and intellect.
She was a volunteer member of the St. John Ambulance Brigade, Kaduna Nigeria where she offered humanitarian services on Immunization, and first response to Accidents and Emergencies. She also volunteers for the Abuja Philharmonic Orchestra as Concert Organiser in promoting the culture of classical music amongst Nigerian youths.
Georgian is the Course Director of the Byron Institute Nigeria where she has been in service since July 2004. She runs her small business in Event Management and Fitness Consulting (The Seminar People and The Gianalake Wellness). Her work avails her the opportunity of travelling across Nigeria and Africa to represent the interests of these Organisations. Georgian has skills in Public Speaking, Event/Project Management and Exercise Instruction.
A Massage Therapist, a veteran Handball player and sports lover, Georgian is the Research fellow for the Byron Institute on Fitness, Nutrition and Relaxation Response
Dr Biodun Ogunbo, MBBS, FRCS, FRCS (SN), MSc
- Biodun Ogungbo is a Consultant Neurosurgeon registered with both the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria and the British General Medical Council.
- He qualified from the College of Medicine, University of Lagos and completed his postgraduate neurosurgery training in Newcastle, UK.
- He has a Distinction in Science obtained from the Open University and a strong interest in clinical research, audit and medical education.
- In this regard, he has a significant number of publications in peer reviewed journals and public awareness publications in major Nigerian newspapers.
- His interests include health awareness, medical tourism, management of stroke and spine surgery in Nigeria.
- Dr Ogungbo is currently practising and teaching in Abuja, Nigeria.
Mr. Osayemwenre Aimufua
- A graduate of General and Applied Psychology, University of Jos.
- He has academic honours in Clinical Psychology, Organisational Behaviour Pattern, Personnel Psychology and Criminology.
- Mr. Aimufua has worked as a volunteer Peer Educator Trainer with UNICEF on Adolescent Reproductive Health.
- He is a Research Fellow with The Byron Institute on Cognitive Restructuring.
- He is currently a graduate Masters Degree student of the University of Jos specialising in Clinical Psychology.

Mrs. Funmi Akingbade
Mrs. Funmi Akingbade is the founder of Couples Alive Forum International (CAFI). She has been a marriage and sex therapist for over 22 years.
She started her career as a nurse and has working experience in various government teaching and private hospitals. She is also a graduate of the Sex Therapist Group of Schools, International Institute of Transformation, Beulah heights University Atlanta Georgia.
Through her Sex and Sexuality column in the Saturday Punch Newspaper and through other channels and platform, Mrs. Funmi Akingbade has been able to carve a niche for herself as an authority in matters of sex in marriage and intending couples. Through her private counselling sessions, she has been able to restore broken homes and bring back life to relationships that had been written off as hopeless and irreparable.
She is a widely sought after speaker at local and international conferences and conventions.
Mrs. Omotosho is a seasoned trainer, coach and program facilitator with over 15 years professional experience in Business Advisory Services, Talent Development and Coaching.
She earned her first degree from the University of Ibadan and has over the years continued to expand her knowledge and experience through formal and informal training and development interventions whilst working in different sectors of the Nigerian economy from Communications to Merchandizing, IT education, Project Finance, Financial Advisory Services as well as Human Resources Consulting.
A member of the world’s largest Human Resource body; the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Mrs. Omotosho holds one of the highest certifications in Human Resource Management; the Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) from the Human Resource Certification Institute in Alexandria, USA.
She is also a TalentSmart Certified Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Trainer and coach.
She is the CEO and Principal Partner at Chrysolite Outsourcing Ltd; an Abuja based Talent Development firm, successfully serving a diverse portfolio of Nigerian and International clientele.
