The programme is designed for individuals looking for tools and techniques to improve their performance under pressure, handle stress better, share more positive relationships with other team members and to achieve a healthy work/life balance

​OBJECTIVES OF THE CORPORATE HEALTH PROGRAMME

  1. To provide information on stress management and how stress affects an individual’s well-being
  2. To highlight the role of self-care skills including appropriate nutrition, exercise and the physiologic and neurological effects of prayer, meditation and deep breathing as valued therapies.
  3. To teach participants skills and techniques to cope with work and home related stress
  4. To enlighten participants on how to improve their health and develop new attitudes and behaviours to effectively cope with personal and professional challenges.
  5. To equip participants with financial stress management skills
